Takes a lot of time and provides wrong answers

This is possibly the worst homework helper. Im sitting here still waiting for a response after 30 minutes. I basically waisted $25 for credits and they wont even give me a refund.

Response time is extremely poor, customer support is horrible. You pay for service and dont get a hw response. 3 months waiting for a question to be answered .

Homework helper is a pretty cool app I must say! Has helped me a lot in studying for the GMAT, when Im stuck on a problem!

i love this app! it is great for helping student like me try to solve problems. it saves me time and energy and i am not always stuck on the same problem for 10 minutes . thanks!!

Homework helper was simple to use and was very fast. Great tutors and got my questions answered in 5 minutes. Thanks for the help. Will most definitely be using this again.

This app really helped my kids when they needed homework help. They usually ask me but Im not familiar with their work. So having an on demand tutor help them out was truly beneficial.

Homework Helper is an excellent app to help students. Youll receive a detailed and conscientious answer within minutes. All you have to do is take a snapshot of your question. Highly recommended! FYI- the tutors have been screened for expertise beforehand.

The app says it takes around 10 minutes to get an answer, but it took 3 hours. The only answer I got was, "Sorry, no clue." Thanks for not helping my situation at all.
